Policy and Quality Assurance

Strengthening ODL provisions in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) through supportive policies and strategies.
Supporting HEIs in developing and implementing national and institutional policies and frameworks for ODL, OER, and blended learning, including quality assurance systems and assessment practices.

Open Educational Resources (OER)

Promoting gender-responsive OER design, development, and delivery to lower costs and improve accessibility.

Research and Evidence Building

Conducting research in open, distance, and technology-enabled learning to advance teacher education and improve educational practices.
