Policy and Quality Assurance

  • Strengthening ODL provisions in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) through supportive policies and strategies.
  • Supporting HEIs in developing and implementing national and institutional policies and frameworks for ODL, OER, and blended learning, including quality assurance systems and assessment practices.

Open Educational Resources (OER)

  • Promoting gender-responsive OER design, development, and delivery to lower costs and improve accessibility.

Research and Evidence Building

  • Conducting research in open, distance, and technology-enabled learning to advance teacher education and improve educational practices.
