By leveraging technology for content creation and distribution, the initiative aims to empower CRSs to connect with local communities, particularly rural populations, and drive rural development through tech-enabled outreach, providing support regarding weather updates, health care, education-related information, and ultimately amplifying impact while upholding cultural values of shared knowledge and resources.
